Sriracha Salt

Just a quick post today, simple and delicious; great on hard (or medium) boiled eggs!



INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup Coarse Kosher Salt
5 Tsp Sriracha


PROCEDURE:


Mix the Sriracha and the salt into a paste

Spread evenly into a tupperware or baking dish

Leave on the counter for 1-2 days until it has dried out, break apart the chunks until it looks like salt again.


Sprinkle and be merry!
